Return Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product in case of a manufacturing defect in the product. 2- To exchange the product, the consumer must contact the store within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications set by the consumer, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return Policy: Based on the directives of the Ministry of Commerce to protect public health: 1- The consumer has the right to return the product only if the product was not received. 2- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product has been received. 2- If there is no manufacturing defect in it.
